
Unfortunately, you can’t jump from one mode to another and need to go back to their normal listening mode before making another input. A double-tap will put you in their ambient mode, which will allow you to hear your surroundings, but you can still hear your music fairly loud. A single tap will put you in their talk-through mode, which greatly reduces your music level and lets you hear surrounding noise very well. On the left earbud, you can cycle through their ambient and talk-through modes. You can also manage calls and mute your microphone. On the right ear, you can play/pause your music and skip tracks, but you can’t rewind or go to the previous track. Each bud has an Under Armour logo that is also a button.
If you are listening to music using the headphones, end the call and stop the music on your Bluetooth® device, and call back the caller and talk.The JBL Under Armour True Wireless Flash have sub-par controls. Check that output of the Bluetooth® device is set for the headphones. Turn up the volume of the headphones and the connected device. Check that both the headset and the connected device are turned on. Keep the headset away from a microwave oven, Wi-Fi device, etc. Move the Bluetooth® device closer to the headphones, and away from any interference or obstructions. Clear any debris or wax buildup from the earbuds and headphone nozzles. If two Bluetooth® devices are connected, move the devices within (30 ft. If two Bluetooth® devices are connected, pause the playing device first and then play the other device. Pair a different Bluetooth® device (see “Pairing your Bluetooth® device” section). Move your Bluetooth® device closer to the headphones and away from any interference or obstructions. Make sure you are using the correct device. Press the Power/Bluetooth® button to hear the beeping of the connected device. Increase the volume on your Bluetooth® device, and headphones. Power on the headphones and charge the battery. Securely attach the tips to the earbuds (see“FITTING THE PROPER EAR TITS” section of the User Guide). Pair a different Bluetooth® device (see“Pairing your Bluetooth® device” section of the User Guide). Move your Bluetooth® device closer to the headphones and away from any interferences or obstructions. Delete your “PURDIO FLASH” from the Bluetooth® list on your device. Turn the Bluetooth® feature on and then off. Headphones don’t pair with Bluetooth® device. Otherwise, the remaining battery level will not be displayed correctly. Make sure that the iPhone, iPad or iPod touch is connected to the headphones. The remaining battery level is shown only on the screen of an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iOS 5.0 or a later version that supports HFP (Hands-free Profile).
The remaining battery level of the headphones is not displayed on the screen of an iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.Make sure your headphone return to room temperature after the headphones have been exposed to high or low temperatures, then try charging again.Check and secure both ends of the USB cable connected firmly.Check that you are using the micro-USB cable supplied.
Make sure the connector on the cable is correctly aligned with the connector on the headphones. Open the hinged cover on the side of the Left earbud and securely connect the small end of the USB cable to the USB connector.Power on the headphones (see“Powering on/off”section of the User Guide).
